Hi, I’m Meagan Kenny, a Laguna Beach–based wedding and family photographer with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Journalism and over 15 years of experience behind the camera. I’ve had the privilege of photographing hundreds of weddings and portraits across Southern California — from intimate cliffside elopements to lavish 500-guest celebrations dripping in elegance.
My background in visual storytelling allows me to blend editorial artistry with genuine emotion, creating images that feel both refined and deeply personal. I’m known for my calm yet joyful presence, my ability to connect effortlessly with couples, and my passion for capturing the subtle in-between moments that reveal the heart of your day.
I believe the most meaningful photographs come from authentic connection — two people deeply in love, fully present in the moments they once only dreamed of. It’s an honor to preserve those memories — from the day you say I do to the many beautiful years that follow.

Why I Do What I Do
My superpower? Connecting with people. I truly have the best job in the world - experiencing life's most joyous moments, from romantic proposals and heartfelt vows to growing families and everything in between. It's a gift I never take lightly.
My own love story and journey into motherhood inspire how I capture others - with tenderness, intention, and a deep appreciation for time's fleeting beauty. When I'm not behind the camera or in my editing cave, you'll find me with my husband and kids, dancing around the house, exploring new places, sipping caramel lattes, or soaking in a bit of Disney magic.
What I love most of all are the relationships built along the way. Many of my couples become dear friends, allowing me the honor of documenting their next chapters - from "I do" to parenthood and beyond. I still get all the feels at every wedding, every milestone, every love story. And I couldn't be more grateful to do what I do.
